Our training programme design splits projects into individual modules with each module given a specific agenda, timeframe and set of aims which allows us to structure each course to the specific needs and aspirations of the individual.

We work closely with experienced practitioners across the full spectrum of the industry as well as the major manufacturers with whom we deliver on request product familiarisation and refresher courses – as with all of our training programmes these can be delivered on-site or residentially dependent upon the client's preference.

All craft skill training delivery is undertaken by highly experienced and respected professionals – clients are provided with CV's prior to initial discussion for approval – this is also the same practice we apply in selection for Engineering and Technical Skills training.

Our links to major broadcasters has brought us an understanding of the Health and Safety issues which are most important to support good working practice and also to ensure legal guidelines are adhered to – these modules are generally delivered a part of an induction programme to new staff, staff changing roles, or annual conformance refresher's designed to guarantee conformance to legislation.

Training project schedules are agreed during evaluation and goal setting discussions with the client – taking account of sufficient time for the required level of intensity and gaining of practical experience and any need for delivery in specific languages and also taking account of relevant cultural issues.
